SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Brightening Toner is a moisturizing toner designed to improve skin tone, smooth texture and reduce the appearance of pigmentation. It refreshes the skin and enhances its natural glow.

The toner gently exfoliates dead skin cells and excess sebum, delicately polishes the surface and helps refine skin texture. Skin feels smoother, firmer and more balanced after use.

The formula strengthens the moisture-retaining barrier, helps prevent dryness and provides long-lasting hydration without heaviness. Its lightweight watery texture absorbs quickly and leaves no sticky residue. The toner is free from artificial colorants.
